Operation and Maintenance (Fresher)

Mandatory: Must have Bike + Valid Driving License

Location: Indore

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / ITI (Electrical or related trade)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in inspection, testing, and maintenance of solar panels, DC string boxes, and inverters.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and fault finding under supervision.
• Support in component replacement and routine maintenance work.
• Share daily updates with the O&M office.
• Help prepare and update work/closure reports.
• Visit project sites daily for module cleaning and system health checks.
• Assist in installing or maintaining Ethernet and fiber optic cables.
• Interact politely with clients in case of queries.
• Travel within the base city and occasionally to nearby locations/states if needed.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and electrical equipment.
• Good communication skills (Hindi + Local language).
• Positive attitude, discipline, accountability, and honesty.
• Physically fit for field work.
• Must have own two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Basic knowledge of the local area.
