• Manage and update order sheets with accuracy and timeliness

• Coordinate sampling for retail and project clients, ensuring smooth execution

• Handle day-to-day operational tasks, both routine and critical

• Deliver a professional and seamless client servicing experience

• Ensure effective coordination across departments (Sales, Accounts, Logistics)

• Maintain structured records and trackers using MS Excel

• Monitor recurring activities and ensure no task is missed or delayed

• Demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, and accountability

• Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
