Operations Hub Manager

About the Role:

Bolt EV is hiring an Operations Hub Manager to manage daily operations at our deployment hub in Indore (Nipania). This role involves handling electric bikes, coordinating with riders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily fleet check (charging, cleanliness, basic condition)

• Battery management and inventory tracking (spare parts, chargers, etc.)

• Rider check-in/check-out and bike allocation

• Maintain hub cleanliness and organization

• Coordinate with technicians for repairs and maintenance

• Solve on-ground issues quickly and efficiently

Requirements:

• Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical, Logistics, BBA preferred)

• Basic English and good Hindi communication

• Comfortable using mobile apps and basic computer tools (Google Sheets)

• Problem-solving attitude and punctual

• Local knowledge of Indore is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 per month
