Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and versatile Operations & Business Manager to oversee and coordinate all departments of Havintha — including E-commerce, Production, Shipment, Digital Marketing, Graphics, and Accounts.The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of leadership, business acumen, and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and business growth. Responsibilities1. E-commerce & SalesManage listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and the Havintha website.Coordinate order processing, packaging, and delivery timelines.Track sales performance and suggest data-driven growth strategies.

2. Shipment & LogisticsSupervise dispatch, shipping partners, and courier management.Ensure timely delivery and accurate order tracking.Optimize packaging and shipping costs.

3. Production & InventoryOversee product manufacturing schedules, quality control, and stock management.Coordinate with suppliers and production staff to maintain supply chain efficiency.Monitor raw material usage and reordering cycles.

4. Graphics & BrandingCoordinate with the design team for packaging, social media creatives, and marketing materials.Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.

5. Digital MarketingWork with the marketing team to plan and execute ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.Oversee social media strategy, content calendar, and influencer collaborations.Track marketing ROI and campaign performance analytics.

6. Accounts & FinanceSupervise accounting, billing, and expense tracking.Work with CA/bookkeeper for monthly reports, GST, and compliance.Prepare basic financial summaries for management review.

7. Leadership & CoordinationManage and mentor departmental teams.Set clear KPIs and ensure timely execution of business goals.Coordinate with the founders for strategic planning and business expansion.

Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in operations or business management (FMCG, cosmetics, or D2C preferred).Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and digital marketing.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
