Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of application updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience in developing and maintaining web applications using the Model-View-Controller architectural pattern.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms and standard development tools to customize packaged solutions.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and troubleshooting methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
