Job Summary: We are hiring a Picker & Packer to support warehouse and dispatch operations. The role involves accurate picking, proper packing, and timely preparation of kidswear orders to ensure smooth dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick kids' wear products as per the order/invoice
• Check size, color, design, and quantity carefully
• Pack goods properly to avoid damage during transport
• Label cartons clearly with party name and invoice details
• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods
• Maintain cleanliness in the packing and storage area
• Report stock mismatch or damaged goods to the supervisor
• Follow company rules and safety guidelines
• Skills & Requirements: Basic reading and counting skills
• Ability to understand order slips
• Physically fit for warehouse work
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork and discipline
• Experience preferred but not compulsory
• Working Hours: As per the company shift timings
• Overtime may be required during peak season

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month
• PF / ESIC: As per company policy
• Overtime: As applicable
