Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Manager to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team by scheduling site visits and follow-ups with potential clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements in the real estate domain.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries

• Explain project details and offerings to potential customers

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns

• Schedule site visits for interested prospects with the sales team

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM or internal systems

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management and campaign support

• Provide regular updates and reports on lead status and customer interactions

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA (Fixed / In-hand) – Negotiable based on candidate’s experience and suitability
