The Premier Acquisition Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies to attract high-value clients. They will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, building strong relationships, and offering tailored financial solutions. This position requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can effectively represent the bank's brand and values.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new premier clients, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential client segments and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their financial needs and offering personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to ensure the bank's sales strategies remain competitive.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to optimize results.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting sales achievements, challenges, and future opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during the sales process, maintaining the bank's reputation and integrity.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a strong client base.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to make informed sales decisions and strategies.
