Problem analyst

1. Problem Identification and Analysis:

Identify and prioritize problems based on incident trends, root cause analysis (RCA), and business impact.

Analyze data from incidents, changes, and service requests to identify recurring issues and potential risks.

 

2. Root Cause Analysis (RCA):

Facilitate RCA for major problems by coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders.

Document findings and develop action plans to address root causes.

 

3. Problem Resolution:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.

Track and monitor progress on problem resolution activities to ensure timely closure.

·         Familiarity with ITIL frameworks (certification preferred).

·         Experience with problem management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
