Production Manager

We’re Hiring – Operations Head

✅ About the Role:

Udeep Organic is looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager who can take full responsibility for managing the workers, employees, daily operations, and overall company performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and FMCG background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all factory workers and employees

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and productivity at workplace

• Handle production, stock, dispatch, and vendor coordination

• Create daily work plans and monitor their execution

• Ensure smooth working of all departments

• Lead the team towards monthly targets and growth

• Prepare and maintain reports (manual or Excel)

• Report directly to the company owner/management

Candidate Requirements:

•2 to 5 years of proven experience in FMCG operations or management

• Must have handled a team of 20+ people

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

• Good knowledge of production, dispatch & basic HR coordination

• Must be based in Indore or ready to relocate immediately
