Production Planning And Control

The Production Planning and Dispatch Executive will be responsible for day-to-day production planning, dispatch coordination, and ensuring timely material movement as per orders. The role requires strong follow-up, coordination with factory, and replying to customers for their inquiries and update on production status.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Coordination

Make Work Orders- Send to Plant – Follow up from plant and plan for dispatch – Dispatch according to SAP system and FIFO basis

Reply to buyer concerns over email or Whatsapp Groups

Track production status and ensure material readiness for dispatch

Inform seniors immediately in case of production delays or raw material issues
