Program Advisor

 Academic Counselor(Female candidates preferred) – MBA/PGDM Programs We are looking for a proactive and professional Academic Counselor to assist students interested in MBA and PGDM programs. This role involves guiding candidates through the admissions process, offering academic and career insights, and helping them make informed education decisions. Key Responsibilities: Provide counseling to prospective students about MBA/PGDM programs, specializations, and career opportunities. Conduct one-on-one sessions via phone, video, or in-person to understand student goals. Manage and follow up on inquiries generated from digital campaigns, events, and referrals. Assist with application submissions, SOPs, interview preparation, and college selection. Maintain accurate student data and activity logs using CRM tools. Participate in webinars, seminars, and education fairs as needed. Work closely with admissions teams of partner institutions for smooth student onboarding. Meet individual counseling and enrollment targets. Requirements: Educational qualification: No strict degree requirement; graduates preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome; prior counseling or customer-facing experience is a plus. Strong communication and active listening skills. Professional appearance and confident personality. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM systems. Fluency in English; knowledge of a regional language is an added advantage. Target-driven mindset with a passion for guiding students.
