Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day involves defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will engage in strategic planning and problem-solving, ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and aligned with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any emerging challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project updates and engage with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Experience with project management tools and software to streamline project execution.
