Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects for global clients. The role involves managing scope, timelines, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations while leading cross-functional teams to deliver business value through technology solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in alignment with client goals.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Ensure timely delivery of project outputs by managing execution across development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
Facilitate regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and escalation management.
Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and transparency.
- Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional project teams across geographies (onshore/offshore).
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve delivery blockers.
Drive team motivation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Risk, Quality & Compliance
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and quality assurance practices.
Comply with Accenture's delivery, security, and audit standards.
- Budget & Financial Management
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and billing schedules.
Ensure alignment to contractual obligations and deliverables.
Track financial performance and report variances with mitigation actions.

Strong project management and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 methodologies
Proficient in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or Clarity

Additional Information:
