Purchase Executive – Key Responsibilities

• Procure and book media inventory (OOH, print, radio, digital) as per campaign plans.
• Negotiate rates, value-adds, and payment terms with media vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships, confirmations, and release schedules.
• Coordinate with media planning, accounts, and finance teams for smooth execution.
• Issue purchase orders, contracts, and maintain procurement documentation.
• Track media delivery, verify proofs, and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with company policies.
