Project Role : Quality Engineer (Tester)
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Testing : Software Testing: Manual Functional Testing, Module Level Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Automation Testing Automation Tools: Selenium WebDriver Test Management Tools: HP ALM 11, Carts+, TestRail, JIRA Languages: Core Java, HTML5, SQL Database: MSSQL Server Operating Systems: Windows 2000 Other Tools: Order Management System (OMS) Agile / Scrum Skills: Scrum Master (PSM I Certified), Agile Project Management using JIRA, Sprint Planning & Execution, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review & Retrospectives, Servant Leadership, Impediment Removal, Coaching Teams on Agile Practices Summary: As a Quality Engineer, you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve engaging with various teams to ensure that testing processes are efficient and effective, while also focusing on continuous improvement and quality assurance throughout the development cycle. You will be responsible for creating and executing test plans, monitoring the testing process, and collaborating with team members to identify and resolve issues promptly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure quality across all stages of the application lifecycle. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze requirements and design test cases accordingly. - Familiarity with performance testing and security testing methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
