Real Estate Sales Executive

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard residential properties (1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK) for Rentbuddy Homes
• Connect with property owners, brokers, and builders
• Explain Rentbuddy’s rental / revenue-sharing model to owners
• Negotiate and close property onboarding deals
• Build and maintain a strong local property network
• Visit properties and evaluate suitability for rental/business use 

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of real estate / rental market (preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to do field work and meet property owners
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Freshers with strong interest in real estate can also apply

• Field Sales / Business Development (Property Acquisition)

• This is NOT a property selling role.
• This role involves onboarding properties for rental and managed stay business.
