Job Summary ;

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property purchases or sales, and closing deals while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is well-suited for individuals with strong sales skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate.


  • Key Responsibilities;

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and networking
  • Advise clients on buying, selling, or leasing residential and/or commercial properties
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, agreements, and closing processes
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related sales role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and property laws is an advantage
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
