Position: Asst Manager / Manager - Sales

Location: Project Site Office

Weekend Availability is Mandatory

Salary - 30- 50k ( 30 - 35k For Asst. Manager & 40-50 K for Manager & Sr. Manager

No. of Positions: 10 ( 05 Asst. Manager & 05 Manager )


*Sales Support:*


To follow up on all sales leads & enquiries. 

Support lead generation process by interacting with potential sources, referrals, meeting with the prospective customers.

Presentation as per the manager’s instructions To achieve sales targets. 

To handle walk-in, identify prospective clients' exact needs, by questioning, observation and the completion of a full sales survey. 

To maintain communication with the client once the client showing interest in the project & the discussion are opened.

To constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity.  

Coordinate with Clients, lead generation & increasing number of sales. 

Explaining the features and benefits of the existing projects of the company. 

Ensuring a high level of interaction & customer satisfaction. 


*Customer Support-* 

Provide customer service (after sales service) . 

Coordination with collection dept. 


*Information Support:*


Product/Project details 

Timely & accurate sales reports. 

Enquiry details

Daily follow up details 

Analyze the activities of potential buyer’s 

Add values to the potential buyer’s

Analyze & locate process flaws. 

Analyze and Support for Enhancement of Sales & Marketing Activities


*Operational Support:* 


Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and

coaching

Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales

goals and revenues

Set individual sales targets with sales team

Work on sales scripts with agents

Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting

Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly

Plan and direct sales team training

Control expenses and monitor budgets

Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.
