We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Real Estate Tele callers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining property details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong interest in the real estate industry.                                                                                                      

*Key Responsibilities*

Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers from the company database.

Explain property features, pricing, and benefits to clients clearly and professionally.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

Schedule site visits and follow up consistently to ensure conversions.

Maintain a record of calls, client interactions, and follow-up details.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handling.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.

Build rapport with clients to increase engagement and trust.

Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the communication cycle.                                                                                            

*Requirements*

Proven experience as a telecaller, tele-sales executive, or customer service representative (real estate preferred).

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Self-motivated and diligent.
