Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

Visitor & Call Management: Greet and direct visitors, answer and route phone calls, take messages, and provide general information. 

Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars and coordinate meetings. 

Administrative Support: Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages, data entry, filing, photocopying, and drafting correspondence. 

Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. 

Security & Records: Maintain visitor logs, manage access cards, and ensure security procedures are followed. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications: -

Experience: Previous receptionist or administrative role experience.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organization: Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.

Personal Attributes: Professional appearance, positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and confidentiality.
