Job Description – HR COUNSELING(Job-Oriented Courses)


Key Responsibilities:


Counsel students about career options and guide them toward suitable job-oriented courses.


Understand students’ interests, goals, and background to suggest the best training programs.


Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.


Explain course details, career outcomes, fees, and enrollment process clearly.


Maintain follow-up with prospective students until enrollment is completed.


Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.


Maintain daily reports and update the CRM/records.


Build positive relationships with students and provide support throughout the admission process.



Requirements:


Good communication & convincing skills.


Ability to understand student needs and guide them professionally.


Self-motivated, target-oriented, and responsible.


Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).


Experience in counseling, telecalling, or education sales is preferred.
