Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

(Salary will be decided based on role, experience, and performance)

Role-wise Responsibilities

1️⃣ Relationship Executive

Existing & new clients se professional communication maintain karna

Client queries, follow-ups aur service coordination

Calling targets aur daily reporting follow karna

Company process ke according onboarding & documentation support

Long-term client relationship build karna

2️⃣ Mentor

New joiners aur junior staff ko process & work guidance dena

Daily work discipline, calling quality aur productivity improve karna

Training sessions aur one-to-one mentoring

Performance gaps identify karke reporting to TL/Manager

Company standards aur policies ka strict follow-up

3️⃣ Team Leader

Assigned team ka daily work management

Attendance, calling hours aur target tracking

Team productivity improve karna & regular reviews lena

Underperformers ko guide karna & management ko report karna

Management ke instructions team tak clearly communicate karna

4️⃣ Manager

Overall team & operations supervision

Target planning, performance review & discipline control

Policy implementation & compliance ensure karna

Team leaders aur mentors se coordination

Management ko regular reports & improvement plans dena

Required Skills (All Roles)

Good communication skills (Hindi / English)

Basic computer knowledge

Discipline, punctuality & professional attitude

Sales / finance / service background preferred

Target-oriented & responsibility-driven mindset

Working Details

Office timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Fixed targets & performance-based growth

Incentives & bonuses as per company policy
