Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to generate interest.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to improve results.
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-driven.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills (preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling or sales will be an added advantage.
