Salary : 12k to 30k per month "Included Incentives"

Types of position:- Full time  

Key Responsibilities

1. Buying and Selling Securities: Execute trades on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and profitable transactions.

2. Client Advisory Services: Provide investment advice, guidance, and portfolio management to individual and institutional clients.

3. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, analyze financial data, and make informed investment recommendations.

4. Risk Management: Monitor and manage risk exposure for clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

5. Account Management: Maintain accurate records, manage client accounts, and ensure seamless transaction processing.

6. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Adhere to SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) guidelines, regulations, and industry standards.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

2. Licenses and Certifications: it’s optional if any SEBI registration, NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certification, and other relevant industry certifications.

3. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indian capital markets, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.

4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Work Environment

1. Brokerage Firms: Stock market brokers typically work for brokerage firms, investment banks, or financial institutions.

2. Trading Floors: Some brokers may work on trading floors, executing trades and managing client orders.

3. Remote Work: With the advancement of technology, some brokers may work remotely, providing advisory services and managing client accounts online.

Salary and Benefits

1. Salary Range: The salary range for stock market brokers in India varies based on experience, location, and employer, but can range from ₹ 1.5 lakhs to ₹10lakhs per annum.
