Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve daily/weekly/monthly issuance targets

Conduct daily morning huddles, pipeline reviews, and evening debriefs.

Implement incentive structures, recognition programs, and corrective actions to maintain high team morale and performance.

Recruit, onboard, and train new hires on product knowledge, objection handling, KYC norms, and ethical selling.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Plan and execute high-footfall activation zones (malls, tech parks, residential societies, weekend markets).

Monitor competitor activity and adapt pitch/promo strategies real-time.

Ensure 100% digital application submission via tablets/mobiles with photo capture and e-KYC compliance.

Flag and escalate fraudulent applications instantly.

Reporting & Analytics

Maintain real-time dashboards (issuance, approval rates, rejections, pending docs).

Submit daily MIS, weekly forecasts, and monthly reviews to senior management.

Use data to identify low-performing beats/executives and optimize coverage.
