Job Summary:We are looking for a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer financial needs, and providing appropriate investment or financial product solutions. The ideal candidate should be confident, goal-oriented, and have excellent communication and sales skills.

• Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, or referrals.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products or services.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

• Keep up-to-date with financial markets and product knowledge.

• Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems.

• Requirements: Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably commerce or finance).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 
  
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
• 
  
• Basic knowledge of financial products (stocks, mutual funds, insurance, etc.) is a plus.

• Self-motivated and result-driven.

Salary & Benefits:

• 💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 + performance-based incentives 25000
