Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager for the DSA Loan Vertical. The candidate will be responsible for generating loan business through Cold Calling, personal network, referrals, builders, CA and Channel Partner while maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate loan leads and business through Cold Calling, Referrals, and digital platforms.
• Source and manage Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, CA, builders, and channel partners.
• Guide customers regarding loan products, eligibility, documentation, and process.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for smooth processing from login to disbursement.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per lender requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide after-sales support to maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Generate referrals and repeat business from existing clients.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Banking, Finance, NBFC, or Loan DSA industry
• Good communication and sales skills
• Basic knowledge of loan products and digital platforms
