Summary:
As a Responsible AI Engineer, you will assess AI systems to ensure they meet established thresholds and benchmarks for responsible, ethical, and sustainable practices. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing technology mitigation strategies to uphold ethical and responsible standards, collaborating with various teams to enhance the integrity of AI systems, and continuously monitoring compliance with best practices in responsible AI.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in responsible AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine ethical guidelines for AI systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and guidelines.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies related to AI systems.
- Ability to design and implement technology mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations in AI.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
