Role Overview

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory discipline, and driving sales performance. The role leads a team of 6–10 employees while ensuring operational excellence and profitability as per Wow! Momo standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations Management

• Handle daily store functioning and shift management.
• Ensure adherence to Wow! Momo SOPs, hygiene, safety, and food quality.
• Provide immediate resolution to customer complaints and ensure customer delight.
• Maintain 100% store cleanliness, grooming standards, and brand compliance.

2. Sales & Business Performance

• Achieve monthly sales, growth targets, and KPI metrics.
• Actively drive upselling, combos, and promotional initiatives.
• Analyze daily sales reports and implement strategies for improvement.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Team Handling (6–10 Staff Members)

• Manage and motivate a team of 6–10 Team Members/Captains/Shift Leaders.
• Conduct daily briefings, shift allocations, and grooming checks.
• Ensure manpower availability with minimal absenteeism.
• Drive training, skill development, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain employee morale, discipline, and low attrition.

4. Inventory & Cost Control

• Supervise stock ordering, receiving, consumption, and storage.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and control wastage/pilferage.
• Ensure compliance with food cost and store operational budgets.
• Conduct regular stock audits and correct variances.

5. Compliance & Audit Readiness

• Ensure FSSAI, fire safety, and audit standards are met at all times.
• Maintain all checklists, logs, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs.

6. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly store reports.
• Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and bank deposits.
• Coordinate with HR, Ops, Finance, and Supply Chain for store requirements.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Minimum Graduate (Hospitality background preferred)
• 2–5 years experience in QSR/Restaurant Management
