Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage the sales counter at our store and handle customer inquiries over phone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the sales counter efficiently
• Greet customers and assist them with product selection
• Handle billing and process payments accurately
• Attend customer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
• Provide information about products, pricing, and ongoing offers
• Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the sales area
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain daily sales records and reports
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Office, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and handle walk-in customers as well as phone calls
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
• Minimum qualification: High School / Graduate (as applicable)
