You are here to convert walk-ins into paying customers, increase average billing, and build repeat relationships that drive long-term revenue.
- Key Responsibilities1. Customer Handling & ExperienceGreet every walk-in within 5 seconds with confidence and energy
- Understand customer needs through smart questioning (budget, occasion, style)
- Provide complete outfit suggestions, not just single product selling
- Maintain premium customer experience for high-value buyers
- 2. Sales Conversion & Target AchievementConvert maximum walk-ins into buyers (target-based performance)
- Actively push for:
- Add-on selling (upsell & cross-sell)
- Multiple product billing
- Take ownership of:
- Daily sales targets
- Conversion ratio
- Average Bill Value (ABV)
- 3. Customer Relationship BuildingBuild strong rapport so customers trust your suggestions
- Maintain repeat customer connections via:
- WhatsApp follow-ups
- Informing about new arrivals & offers
- Identify premium vs price-sensitive customers and handle accordingly
- 4. Product Knowledge & PresentationStay updated on:
- New arrivals
- Fabric, fit, styling combinations
- Present products in a way that justifies pricing confidently
- Maintain grooming & styling standards as per brand image
- 5. Store Discipline & Team ContributionMaintain:
- Clean and well-arranged display
- Organized stock handling
- Follow store rules, timings, and reporting structure strictly
- Support team in achieving overall store targets
- Performance Metrics (How you will be judged)Conversion Ratio (%)
- Average Bill Value (ABV)
- Daily / Weekly Sales Target Achievement
- Repeat Customer Rate

- Required SkillsStrong communication & persuasion ability
- Confident personality with presentable appearance

- Basic smartphone usage (WhatsApp, photos, customer handling)
- ExperienceMinimum 1–3 years in retail sales (fashion preferred)
- Freshers with strong attitude & confidence may be considered
