Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail clothing outlet. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Store Operations
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
• Monitor POS systems, billing accuracy, and daily cash reconciliation
• Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and attendance reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
• Monitor CCTV and security protocols

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail (clothing preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and basic Excel reporting
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions under pressure
• Fashion sense and understanding of customer preferences

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
