Role OverviewThe Store Manager is responsible for managing overall store operations, driving sales performance, leading the store team, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining company standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations efficiently
• Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and loss prevention
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Handle cash management, billing, and POS operations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Required Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager in retail
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Sales-driven mindset with customer-focused approach

• Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Excel)
