Job Title:

 Showroom Sales Manager



Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Company: AGECO Group – Central India’s Largest Electrical Trading House





Role Overview:



We are looking for a highly driven, hands-on Showroom Sales Manager to lead and manage nine multi-brand showrooms under AGECO Group. This individual will not just manage — but work alongside the team, ensuring every aspect of showroom performance is optimized, from sales and customer satisfaction to stock control and ROI.


This is not a desk job — we are looking for a doer, a leader who works on the ground, and a mentor who can uplift the entire team through action, discipline, and passion.





Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee operations of nine premium showrooms (lighting, appliances, sanitary, and electrical brands).
  • Track daily sales, billing accuracy, ROI, and profit margins for each showroom.
  • Ensure top-level customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and service improvement.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in stock management, billing, and data recording.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers, architects, and channel partners to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify operational gaps and take immediate corrective action.
  • Motivate and train showroom staff to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, stock movement, customer feedback, and ROI.
  • Work closely with management on strategic planning and implementation.






Requirements:



  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in showroom or retail management (preferably electrical, appliances, or home solutions sector).
  • Strong command over sales analytics, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Must be ready for field visits (clients, architects, and dealers) as part of daily duties.
  • A self-driven, hardworking performer who believes in leading by example.
  • Should be capable of handling pressure, targets, and multiple departments efficiently.
