We are seeking a talented 3D Drafter Designer to collaborate with our design and construction teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating architectural designs, plans, and 3D models for residential homes, ensuring they meet client specifications, building codes, and design aesthetics. This role requires proficiency in architectural software, a strong eye for detail, and an understanding of both architectural design principles and practical construction needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Create and refine architectural designs for residential homes based on client requirements and site conditions.
• 3D BIM Modeling & Drafting:
• Use 3D modeling software Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD and Lumion to produce accurate and detailed renderings of residential buildings.
• Construction Documentation (Floor Plans, Elevations):
• Prepare detailed construction working drawings, specifications, and documentation to facilitate smooth project execution. Create interior and exterior views and elevations.
• Problem Solving:
• Identify and resolve any design or construction challenges that arise during the design or building process.
• Client Presentations:
• Present design concepts and 3D models to clients, making adjustments as needed to meet their preferences. Use VR tools such as enscape, Unity or UE etc
