The RM-Global Indian-Branch Banking-VRM role is a critical position within the Sky Channel-Branch Omni department, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals. This role is integral to the bank's strategy, as it aims to provide exceptional service and tailored financial solutions to an exclusive client segment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, offering innovative banking solutions and a personalized approach.- Manage and develop relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique financial needs and goals.
- Proactively identify and address client requirements, offering tailored financial solutions and products.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service and timely response to inquiries.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide accurate advice and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience, including cross-selling bank products and services.
- Conduct regular client reviews and portfolio analyses to ensure alignment with investment objectives and risk tolerance.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial plans and proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Build a strong network within the high-net-worth community, attending industry events and fostering relationships.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards, adhering to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of successful relationship management and client retention.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
- Proficiency in using banking software and tools for client relationship management.
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
