Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Order Processing

  • Coordinate day-to-day domestic sales operations and support the sales team in order execution.
  • Receive, verify, and process customer orders as per approved terms and conditions.
  • Prepare sales orders, proforma invoices, tax invoices, and dispatch instructions.
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, GST, payment terms, and delivery details.

Customer & Sales Team Support

  • Act as a key point of contact between customers, sales team, logistics, and accounts.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, dispatch status, invoices, and documentation.
  • Support field sales team with quotations, tenders, and sales-related documentation.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
  • Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Manage delivery challans, E-way bills, and transport documentation for domestic dispatches.

Payment & Accounts Coordination

  • Coordinate with accounts team for billing, credit control, and collection follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of outstanding payments and support timely recovery.
  • Share sales and dispatch data with accounts for reconciliation.

Sales Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain sales data, customer records, and order status in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Prepare MIS reports on sales orders, dispatches, pending orders, and customer-wise sales.
  • Support sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, GST norms, and statutory requirements for domestic sales.
  • Maintain proper records for audits, inspections, and management review.
  • Support implementation of SOPs related to sales operations.



Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of domestic sales processes and GST invoicing
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to work under timelines and multitask



Qualification & Experience (Indicative)

  • Experience in domestic sales coordination (pharma/biotech) -preferred
