Job Description – Sales Team Coordinator

Location: Indore

Industry: Pharma / Medical Devices / Healthcare

Experience: 3-5 Years (Sales Support / Coordination preferred)

Key Roles & Responsibilities-

Coordinate daily activities of the field sales team (MSRs)

Collect and verify daily sales reports, tour plans, and call data

Support sales team in order processing, primary & secondary sales tracking

Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, and stockist for smooth order execution

Track targets, achievements, incentives, and outstanding payments

Maintain sales MIS, Excel sheets, and performance trackers

Follow up with sales team for documentation, attendance, and compliance

Assist management with monthly sales review and reports

Skills & Requirements

Good communication & follow-up skills

Basic to good knowledge of Excel (MIS, reports)

Understanding of sales processes (primary/secondary sales)

Ability to handle multiple tasks and field coordination

Experience in pharma / medical / FMCG sales support preferred
