Profile Description:

We are looking for a Sales Engineer who can deliver a high-quality technical and commercial

customer experience. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing

engineering-based solutions, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have

strong technical knowledge, passion for industrial sales, and the ability to coordinate with

internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Location: Indore

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 3–5 years (Material Handling / Manufacturing industry

preferred)

Responsibilities:

● Manage new industrial sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities

● Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and recommend suitable crane/hoist

solutions

● Prepare and send techno-commercial quotations and follow up until order finalization

● Collaborate with design, production, and service teams to deliver accurate proposals

● Maintain and grow relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial clients

● Identify new market segments and potential clients in manufacturing and heavy industries

● Present product features, specifications, and benefits to customers

● Track competitor activities and market trends for better positioning

● Maintain sales reports, follow-ups, and CRM data

● Support customers with technical clarifications and after-sales queries

Required Skills:

● Strong understanding of EOT cranes, hoists, gantry cranes, and industrial fabrication

● Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications

● Excellent commercial negotiation skills while maintaining customer relationships

● Good verbal & written communication skills

● Strong time-management, follow-up, and organizational abilities

● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics

● Technical ability to explain engineering solutions to customers

● Experience working with manufacturing / heavy engineering companies (preferred)

Qualifications:

● Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

● Additional knowledge in material-handling equipment, crane standards (IS/ISO), or

fabrication is a plus
