Sales Engineer

Kailtech is a leading provider of material testing and calibration solutions.

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to expand our customer base and promote our high-quality technical services.

Job Description --

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Report market insights and competitor activities to management.

Required Candidate --

• B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical or industrial product/ service sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
