COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month

• Hit your monthly sales target → Total Earning ₹35000+(PEB, EPC & Turnkey Industrial Projects)

• Incentive: ₹2,000 per confirmed sale/deal

• Performance Bonus: Monthly & quarterly (based on targets)

• Growth: Salary revision based on performance

ROLE PURPOSE

We are hiring a field-oriented Sales Executive to generate industrial EPC, PEB & turnkey construction leads and orders from factories, warehouses, industrial units and channel partners.

Lands king Infra works with Clients in diverse industries around the world to design, construct and maintain their capital projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit industrial areas, factories, warehouses, manufacturing units

• Generate EPC / PEB / turnkey construction enquiries

• Meet owners, plant heads, directors

• Understand basic technical requirements & handle initial objections

• Develop referral partners:

• Architects

• EPC / PMC consultants

• CAs & industrial brokers

• Cold calling, industrial data mining & lead generation

• Work on tenders & institutional enquiries

• Coordinate for proposals, BOQ & deal closures

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering Background (Compulsory)

• Civil / Mechanical / Construction Engineering (Degree or Diploma)

• MBA / Marketing / Business Development – Preferred

• Must understand industrial construction & EPC basics

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 2–5 years in:

• Industrial sales

• EPC / PEB / construction business development

• MP industrial market experience preferred
