Job Description: Sales Engineer (Industrial Solutions)


We are seeking a dynamic and technically-minded Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Indore. This role is designed for an individual who doesn't just want to sell products, but wants to engineer solutions.

You will be the bridge between complex industrial challenges and our innovative technical solutions. If you have a passion for application engineering and a drive for field-based sales, this role offers a clear path toward a leadership career.


Key Responsibilities

Industrial Field Visits: Actively visit manufacturing plants and industrial hubs in and around Indore to identify new business opportunities.

Application Engineering: Analyze client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions rather than just "off-the-shelf" products.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with plant managers, purchase heads, and maintenance engineers.

Technical Presentations: Use company-provided digital tools (Tablets) to deliver high-impact technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and technical consulting to closing and after-sales support.


Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields).

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial sales or a similar technical sales environment.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Mindset: A strong inclination toward technical problem-solving and application engineering.

Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within the Indore industrial clusters (Pithampur, Sanwer Road, Dewas, etc.).
