Sales Executive

The Telecalling Executive at Urban Money is responsible for connecting with customers over calls, understanding their financial requirements, pitching suitable loan products, and converting leads into successful logins and disbursements. This role requires strong communication skills, discipline, and a target-oriented mindset.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers provided through leads or databases
• Understand customer profiles and loan requirements
• Pitch suitable Personal Loan / Business Loan / Other Financial Products
• Explain loan features such as eligibility, ROI, tenure, and documentation
• Generate quality logins and ensure proper follow-ups till approval
• Coordinate with internal teams for case progress and updates
• Maintain accurate call and customer records in CRM/system
• Handle customer objections professionally and close cases
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned
• Follow company calling scripts, compliance, and data privacy rules
