JD -

1. Appointing Retailers in assigned territory
2. Meeting existing Retailers on regular basis
3. Conducting sales promotional activities like Sub-Dealer Meet, Nukkad Meet &
4. Other promotional activities in assigned territory
5. Minimum 20 calls per day and ensure Daily Secondary target achievement
6. Tracking of Distributor Sales Officer on Daily / Weekly basis
7. Proven experience as a Territory Log arm Sales Person
8. Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred

Knowledge

1. Product Knowledge of Switch & Socket, MCB,RCCB, Distribution Boards,
2. Wires & Cables, Conduit Pipe, Metal box
3. Electrical Market Knowledge

Key Competencies -

1. Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
2. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Sales force is a plus
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Problem-solving aptitude
