Sales Executive

We are looking for a result-driven and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on our products to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom and maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere.
• Product Expertise: Maintain thorough knowledge of all products, features, pricing, and ongoing promotions to guide customers effectively.
• Sales Conversion: Actively assist customers in making purchasing decisions, overcoming objections, and closing sales to meet monthly targets.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the showroom display is always clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
• Stock Coordination: Assist in inventory management, checking new stock, and ensuring products are correctly tagged and placed.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Reporting: Maintain daily sales records and report customer feedback to the Showroom Manager.
