Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling clients, explaining our software products and services, and providing daily support to customers.

Key Responsibilities :

*Identify and approach potential clients to promote company software and services

*Handle existing clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships

*Explain software features, benefits, and services clearly to clients

*Provide daily support and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction

*Coordinate with the technical/support team for issue resolution

*Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and reports

*Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

*Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role

*Good communication and presentation skills

*Ability to understand and explain software and services

*Strong client-handling and relationship management skills

*Basic computer knowledge

*Self-motivated and goal-oriented
