Job Description

Position Overview: As a “Sales Executive” at Legal251, you will play a pivotal role in 

driving revenue growth by actively promoting and selling our legal services. You will be 

responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and 

ensuring the satisfaction of our clientele.. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients who require legal services. 
  • Consultative Sales: Understand clients' unique needs and provide tailored solutions to meet 
  • their legal requirements. Educate clients on the benefits and advantages of our services. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with 
  • existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. 
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the legal landscape, 
  • ensuring that you are well-informed to address client inquiries and concerns. 
  • Sales Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and 
  • outcomes, using the company's CRM system. 
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Legal251's services, pricing, and promotions to 
  • effectively communicate this information to potential and existing clients. 
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, 
  • networking, and referrals. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their legal needs and provide 
  • tailored solutions. 

Qualifications 

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 

 Proven experience in sales, preferably in the legal services industry. 

 Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. 

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
