Position Overview: 

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with prior experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers in the showroom, understand their preferences, and assist in product selection.

• Provide detailed product information and build trust to close sales.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are kept attractive.

• Manage billing, client follow-up, and maintain customer relationships.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in jewellery sales (lab-grown or natural diamond experience preferred).

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Strong sense of style, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

• Basic computer knowledge for billing and CRM updates.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience + attractive incentives.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (6 days a week)
