Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Promote and sell Industrial Pumps, Electric Motors, and Control Panels
- Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Handle dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end-users
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and dispatch
- Follow up on payments and collections
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales reports and CRM data
- Key Skills & Requirements:Basic technical knowledge of industrial pumps, motors, and panels
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and basic computer applications
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
